Reps Weekly Account and Data Deletion
Reps Weekly is operated by Jackson Kemp, an individual
developer based in Victoria, Australia.
This page allows you to request deletion even if you have uninstalled the
app, cannot sign in, or do not want to reinstall it.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Reps Weekly.
- Open your account menu.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and re-enter your password.
If you are the only administrator of a team that still has other members,
you must promote another member before deleting your account.
Request deletion without the app
-
Email
repsweekly@gmail.com
with the subject
Delete My Account.
-
If possible, send the request from the email address associated with
your Reps Weekly account.
-
Include the account email address and clearly confirm that you want the
account deleted.
-
You may include your Firebase UID if it is available, but this is not
required.
Identity verification: We may ask you to confirm relevant
account information or provide additional evidence where reasonably
necessary to prevent unauthorised access or deletion. We will not request
excessive identity documents.
What the deletion process removes
Subject to successful verification and processing, deletion removes:
- Firebase Authentication sign-in access;
- the active Reps Weekly profile;
- active team membership and administrator status;
-
public-directory or private-code access where the user is the final
member of a logically deleted team;
- scheduled local workout reminders; and
-
bounded account-specific local cache and preference data on the device
on which in-app deletion is completed.
Deferred deletion or review
Some information is not removed by the initial mobile transaction and may
require trusted manual deletion, review or anonymisation:
- personal workout progress and summaries;
- player reports authored by or concerning the account;
- bug reports or recommendations; and
- integrity and security events.
What may be retained
-
Historical team statistics may be retained indefinitely for leaderboard
and historical-record integrity. Current records may contain the
internal Firebase UID and username recorded when the statistics were
published.
-
Logically deleted team records may retain team metadata and internal
creator or mutation UIDs for historical integrity, dispute handling,
security or technical cleanup.
-
A deletion-request record may be retained to track and document
processing.
-
Reports, security records and integrity records may be retained where
reasonably necessary for moderation, abuse prevention, investigations,
repeat-offender detection, disputes, safety or legal obligations.
-
Support emails may be retained while reasonably necessary to process the
request or maintain an appropriate operational record.
-
Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably
identifies a user may be retained.
-
Copies in external device or provider backups may remain until managed
by the relevant platform or backup provider.
Historical statistics are not used by Reps Weekly for advertising
personalisation. You may request exceptional removal or pseudonymisation,
which will be assessed based on legal, technical and historical-record
considerations.
Expected timeframe
We aim to acknowledge requests within seven days and
complete valid requests within 30 days where reasonably
practicable. If additional time is legally allowed or reasonably
necessary, we will explain the delay.
Deferred technical cleanup should ordinarily be completed within
90 days unless information is legitimately retained for
one of the purposes explained above.
